豬肉五目炒烏龍麵/豚入り五目焼うどん

讚岐烏龍麵 Udon—2片
豬肉片 Sliced pork—150g

洋蔥 Onion—1/4個
紅蘿蔔 Carrot—15g
高麗菜 Cabbage—3張
乾燥香菇 Dried Shitake—2片
蔥 Green onion—1支

日式高湯 Dashi—80cc
清酒 Sake—3大匙
味淋 Mirin—1.5大匙
醬油 Soy sauce—2大匙
鹽巴&黑胡椒 Salt&Black pepper—適量
